She was very nice everyday and acknowledged my family every morning with a warm greeting and she remembered our dietary concerns and made sure that something was prepared that we could eat each day. I also watched her be very kind to everyone that she came in contact with. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I liked the room set up,I liked the breakfast and the fact that there was a sign that says for dietary needs contact staff. The majority of the staff was great and very friendly. It is close to places to eat and stores that are in walking distance.

Miss Bella was really nice. I met her at the customer service desk. she even texted me about 15 minutes after I got in and asked how everything was. I really enjoyed that. Miss Diana, who I met Saturday morning, gave everybody baskets of appreciation of water. And little snacks and chips before we left for our day.
